My journey in education began as a teacher, and throughout my career, I have also served as a principal and advisor to local authorities. As a principal, I had the privilege of leading a school that prioritized students' genuine creativity and was recognized by Ofsted as “outstanding”. This experience taught me the importance of creating a positive learning environment that encourages students to think outside the box and showcase their unique talents. With my extensive experience in various types of demanding schools, I bring a wealth of wisdom to my work.
